What does it cost?
Most teams start from £1,500 a month, agreed after a call. There's also a one-off setup, from £3,000 depending on team size.
What happens on the call?
We discuss your goal, how your team works and where Scouta could help. If it looks like a fit, we agree the scope and price together. There’s no commitment.
Can we buy a self-serve plan today?
You can't buy one yet. The self-serve plans are in early access. Join the waitlist and we'll tell you when yours opens.
Do we pay per seat or per agent?
There are no seat fees. You pay one price per business, set by team size.
What do credits cover?
One monthly pool of credits per team, shared. Your admin can set a cap per person. 1 credit = 1M tokens of agent work, or about 25 chat messages. Chat message (typical) is 0.04 credit a message. 1M tokens of agent work is 1 credit. Image is ½ credit an image. Video is 3 credits a second. Agent computer is 5 credits an hour. Premium image is 2 credits an image. Premium video is 12 credits a second. Unused credits roll over for 1 month, up to one month's allowance.
What if we run out of credits?
When credits run out, agents pause and ask your admin, so you never get a surprise bill. Top-ups cost £60 per 1,000 credits. Your admin approves them and sets a monthly cap. Video and premium images use top-up credits only. Your admin approves them.
What if we grow past our plan?
Add people in fives. Studio: +5 for £139 a month, up to 30. Team: +5 for £119 a month, up to 60. Enterprise combines larger teams and dedicated GPU infrastructure under one custom quote.
Can we pay yearly?
Yes. Annual plans get 2 months free.
Do clients and freelancers count?
Your client reviews as a guest. Plans are by the number of people on your team.
Do you have SSO and own keys?
SSO comes with Team and up. Own keys (BYOK) with Agency and up.
Where does our data go?
We tell you which providers handle your data and where they are. We log what ran, where and what it cost. You get a data sheet and DPA before we start.
