Using the site

The sample firms, documents, processes, model comparisons, costs and time savings on the site show what Scouta could do. They are illustrations and don't promise anything about your results.

The product examples use illustrative data. Nothing on the site is legal, financial, tax or other professional advice.

No warranty on figures

We work to keep prices, model results and comparisons accurate and we cite our sources. We give no warranty that any example figure, price or benchmark is accurate, complete or current. Check anything before you rely on it.

The site is provided as it is, without any warranty that it will be available or free of errors.

Our services

The site describes our managed service, which has a one-off setup fee and a monthly fee, and our app. Paid work is under a separate written client agreement. That agreement wins over anything on the site.

Nothing on the site is an offer you can accept by booking a call or joining the waitlist.

Intellectual property

We or our licensors own the site, its text, design, brand and code. You may view and print pages for your own business use.

Other companies' names and logos are their owners' trade marks. We show them to name tools and providers. That does not mean they endorse us.

Links to other sites

Links to other sites are for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that English law does not allow us to limit.

Subject to that, the site is free and meant for business use, so we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for any indirect loss. Our total liability to you for anything arising from your use of the site is limited to £100.
